Shipping Policy

Orders are processed Monday - Friday, with the exception of federal holidays, unless otherwise stated. Check your confirmation email for your tracking number. During major sales or special launches, orders may incur a slight delay because I am a small business with higher volume sales -- nothing is wrong with your order if there is a delay. Everything should ship as normal once I get caught up from the sale/launch. I am not responsible for the return shipping and I don't provide a return label. That is up to you as a buyer. Buyers are responsible for local duties, taxes and advancement fees at delivery in countries where applicable. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier. I will help you find them when possible. If an item is proven to be delivered by the carrier, it is delivered and I will not provide a replacement if you say it was not there.
